Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This is a structured draft, not finished legal advice — sections like payment/refunds, liability, and governing law are placeholders that need your real policy and a qualified attorney’s review before House of Ignis relies on this at launch.
By using this site or booking a call with House of Ignis, you agree to these terms. Our services are described accurately to the best of our ability, but results depend on factors outside our control, including Amazon’s own ranking algorithm and reader behavior — see our Guarantee page and FAQ for how we handle that honestly.
01. Acceptance of terms
Using this site, submitting a form, or booking a call with House of Ignis means you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or book a call.
02. Services described
House of Ignis sells book marketing services, including bestseller ranking campaigns, Amazon listing optimization, verified review campaigns, editorial reviews, press and PR placement, billboard advertising, and email/SMS marketing — described on our Services pages.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including Amazon’s ranking algorithm, reader behavior, and platform policy changes. See our Guarantee page for exactly what we do and don’t promise.
03. Free tools disclaimer
Our free tools — the Book Audit, Positioning Report, and Book Launch Checklist — are provided as-is, without obligation to purchase further services.
04. Payment & refunds
Placeholder — needs your real payment terms and refund policy before launch.
Pricing for paid packages and à la carte services is listed on our Pricing page or agreed during your strategy call. Payment is due according to the terms agreed at booking. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy communicated to you at the time of purchase.
05. Client responsibilities
As a client, you’re responsible for providing accurate information about your book and confirming that you own the rights to the book being marketed, or are authorized to market it on the rights holder’s behalf.
06. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site belong to House of Ignis. Creative assets we produce for a specific client engagement — such as cover redesigns or ad creatives — are licensed or assigned to that client as agreed during the engagement, not retained as House of Ignis property once delivered and paid for.
07. Limitation of liability
Standard placeholder clause — pending attorney review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Ignis’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
08. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms agreed at booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work on a book or category we’ve assessed as not a realistic fit, consistent with how we describe our process on the About page.
09. Governing law
Placeholder — insert the jurisdiction that applies to your business before launch.
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed].
10. Contact
